Who gets the daily emailed call reports?

Call reports are sent to the recipients of your choice.  You can set up who receives these in the Settings tab, under Call Reports.  You can choose as many, or as few, recipients as you'd like simply by adding their email in the space given, each email separated with a comma. Always hit Save after any modifications.



NOTE:  These reports are NOT intended to be sent to your call in participants.  These reports are meant only for your Admin, testing lab, probation officers, etc.
