No one was called in to test today.

Be sure your day was open on your Calendar tab.  To do this, the day must be clicked to GREEN the day prior to the day you want open to testing. If it was not, testing will not resume until the next open day.



 
If the day was open on your calendar, check to be sure your participants are Active in the system.  To do this, go into Clients tab and click View/Edit on the client(s) you wish to be actively called into testing. 


 
On their page, Active (under their name) must show as Yes.  They must also be configured properly.  Be sure they are assigned to a Testing Profile and Call In Window.  Hit Save Client Information after you have made any changes.


 
If both the Calendar was on, and clients were Active, you may need to check your Testing Profiles in your Settings tab. Be sure the Testing Profiles that you have assigned to people have the proper frequencies you would like.
 






 
If those appear to be set up correctly as well, it may simply be that the system intentionally triggered no one to test based on the needed amount of tests and tests already executed within the given time frame. This is possible with smaller facilities.
