Can I see the testing schedule in advance?

Yes.  Our system gives you the option of generating an advanced schedule in the time frame of your choosing. Go to your Calendar tab. 


 
The days you would like to include testing on must be opened (turned GREEN) prior to generating a schedule.


Click the Generate Advance Testing Schedules tab.


Click the calendar space provided to choose the last day in which you would like the schedule to reflect. Then click Generate Testing Schedule.


Your calendar will now show you how many schedules tests will occur on each day you have open to testing.  Clicking on the binoculars on any day will show you the details of that testing day.


PLEASE NOTE:  The schedules generated in advance are not updated if you make any system changes.  If you add a client, change any settings or need to update your calendar days, you will need to clear and re-generate your advanced schedule to reflect those changes.  You can do to by going back to the Generate Advance Testing Schedules tab, clicking Clear advance testing schedule, then following the steps to generate a new advanced schedule.
