What is a Client Call-in Report?

As a Case Manager or Administrator, if you are interested in seeing a report on a single client, you can run an individual report.  Begin in the Reports tab and click Client Call-in Report.

Once on this page, simply choose your client from the pull down list and and set your date range.  Then click Download Report PDF. Your report will now generate.
