What is a Detailed Call Report?

As an administrator you can view a daily report for any subset of your clients that you wish. You can break it down by "Testing Profiles", "Client Groups", or "Case Managers".

As a Case Manager you will only be able to see your clients, but you can break down further as you wish from there.

Begin in the Reports tab.  Then click Detailed Call Report.


Once in this page, simply select your date range and the specific options you'd like to sort by.  Or you can see all information for your date range. By default, nothing is specifically selected, thus the report will show everything. Click View/Send Report.  Your report will generate into a PDF.  From here you can print or save as you'd like.
