Why does it say: "Active Clients requires a 'Testing Profile'. No changes were saved. Please fix and try again."?

If you entered a client, then received the warning message "Active Clients requires a "Testing Profile". No changes were saved. Please fix and try again." after hitting save, it means you did not select a Testing Profile and Call In Window.  These must be selected to have your client testing properly in the system.
 
 
To correct this, simply use your pull down options to assign the proper Testing Profile and Call In Window that apply to this client.  Click Save Client Information.
