Troubleshooting Log-in Issues

Clear your cache

  • On occasion, you may need to clear your cache to resolve issues with logging in.
  • Instructions differ from browser to browser and operating systems.  Complete instructions can be found on Refresh Your Cache.

Known Browser Extension Issues

  • If you’re using ad-block software, follow directions from the developer on how to whitelist manage.call2test.com or any call2test.com domain.
  • We’ve received a report that Ghostery may block users from logging into manage.call2test.com.  You can find instructions on how to trust our sites in Ghostery here.
  • Privacy Badger may also create issues when logging in.  Click the ‘Disable Privacy Badger for This Site’ button to turn off Privacy Badger for that site.
