Bulk Excuse or Force Testing

Bulk Excuse is on by default for past days, but not upcoming days. This is turned off by default to simplify the user interface. If you’d like to use this feature, please contact your account executive.

Bulk Excuse

You can use Bulk Excuse to prevent testing of any group. This can be used for a number of reasons; holiday closures, weather events, etc.

  • Log into Call2test at https://manage.call2test.com
  • Click Calendar
  • Click Bulk Excuse
  • Select the desired group from the Group dropdown
  • Select the date for excusing clients
  • Enter a reason (e.g. weather event, holiday, staff absence, etc.)
  • Click Perform Bulk Excuse

  • Log into Call2test at https://manage.call2test.com
  • Click Calendar
  • Click Bulk Force
  • Select the desired group from the Group dropdown
  • Select the date for excusing clients
  • Enter a reason (e.g. weather event, holiday, staff absence, etc.)
  • Click Perform Bulk Force
