Same Day Message
- To add a custom message for the current day, navigate to Calendar
- Enter your custom message in the box labeled Today’s Message
- Click Save Message
- Clients will receive the custom message when they check in. If they check in by calling in, the message will be read to them. If they use ConnectComply, the message will show after checking in.
Tip: If clients try to check in early, they will not receive the message.
Messages for future days
- To add a custom message for a day in the future, navigate to Calendar
- Click any of the speech bubbles on an upcoming day to set a custom message for your clients
- This can be used to send reminders about a testing closures, facility moves, and more
