Custom Daily Messages

Same Day Message

  • Visit manage.call2test.com
  • Click Calendar
  • Enter your custom message in the box labeled Today’s Message
  • Click Save Message
  • Clients will receive the custom message when calling in†

†NOTE: Currently, if calling in early via phone, clients will not hear the message. ConnectComply users will have the message displayed on screen.

Messages for future days

  • Visit manage.call2test.com
  • Click Calendar
  • Click any of the speech bubbles on an upcoming day to set a custom message for your clients
  • This can be used to send reminders about a testing closures, facility moves, and more
