Scheduling, Force/Excuse

  • Log into Call2test at https://manage.call2test.com
  • Click Clients
  • Click on the calendar icon to the far right of the client you’d like to edit
  • Click Calendar
  • You may now select from Force, Excuse, or No Test by clicking on a day

Note: If a client’s profile includes multiple test types, forcing testing will force all test types in the profile.
