Sending Messages in ConnectComply

Facility staff and clients can send message using our HIPAA-compliant messaging system

  • Click Messages
  • Here you will see your secure messages with your clients
  • Click Add New Conversation
  • Select the client you’d like to message from the Select a Client dropdown
  • Enter your message text
  • Click Send

Messages may also be viewed and sent under Clients > Client Name > Messages
