Generating Reports

There are two options for reports, Detailed Call Reports and Individual Call Reports.  Detailed Call Reports cover the entire facility, while an Individual Call Report focuses on an individual client.  Detailed Call Reports also allow filtering by specific criteria like client group, check-in window, and more.

Detailed Call Reports

  • Navigate to Reports
  • Select a Start Date and an End Date
  • Use Order to set how information is sorted:
    • Last Name
    • Case Manager
    • Client Group
    • Testing Profile
    • Test Required
    • Call Time
  • Show Advanced Filter provides more options for filtering reports:
    • Client Groups
    • Testing Profiles
    • Check-In Windows
    • Case Manager
    • Test Required
    • Call Status
    • Test Result

Individual Call Reports

  • To view a report for an individual client, navigate to Reports
  • Select the desired client from the dropdown
  • Select a Start Date and End Date
  • Click Generate Report
  • A PDF will be generated with the following information
    • Day
    • Called In (yes or no)
    • Test Required (yes or no)
    • Time of Call
    • Called From (the phone number used)
    • Results (Not Logged, Reported, or Passed)
    • Notes
