Generating Reports

Click Reports There are two options for reports, Detailed Call Reports and Individual Call Reports

Detailed Call Reports

  • Select a Start Date and End Date
  • Use Order to set how information is sorted
    • Last Name
    • Case Manager
    • Client Group
    • Testing Profile
    • Test Required
    • Call Time Show Advanced Filter provides more options for filtering reports

Individual Call Reports

  • To view a report, select the desired client
  • Select a Start Date and End Date
  • Click Generate Report
  • A PDF will be generated
    • Day
    • Called In (yes or no)
    • Test Required (yes or no)
    • Time of Call
    • Called From (the phone number used)
    • Results (Not Logged, Reported, or Passed)
    • Notes
