Receive Testing Notifications and Call Reports

Schedule Notifications are sent overnight with a list of clients scheduled to report for testing.  Call Reports are sent of each call-in window to let you know who did and did not call in.

Add a recipient 

  • To set testing notification and call report emails, navigate to the Settings Email Notifications tab
  • Add the necessary email address in Notifications, Call Reports, or both
  • Once you’ve added recipient, a blank field will appear to add another recipient
  • Click Save

Remove a recipient

  • To remove testing notification and call report emails, navigate to the Settings Email Notifications tab
  • Click the red minus symbol next to the email address you wish to remove from the Notifications, Call Reports, or both
  • Click Save
